Virine - seems old.. like country folk old, but could be ethnic
here's what i found: Esperanto! virino (woman), itself derived from the root vir(o) (man)
virina - womanly, ina - female, virine: in a womanly fashion.
Also a place name in Serbia so is it Croat? Serbian? Bosnian?
